  Honestly never felt so humiliated in my life. Called up to book my car in as the temperature gauge on dashboard not working properly and got laughed at by the person at other end of the phone. To then be handed over to another person to book me in and the bloke laughed again when telling him what i needed.
  The sad thing is my car came from you originally.
  My parents have just brought 2 cars from you last month. And we all get our repairs done by you. And 1 immature lad has now stopped my repeat custom. Its upsetting this is how you treat your customers. Next time you take the mic out of one of your customers put the phone on hold.
